How much more power could the turbine generate

Steam enters an adiabatic turbine at 20 MPa and 600?C (State 1). At an intermediate stage, 20% of the inlet steam is bled off at 1 MPa and 250?C (State 2) while the remaining steam expands and exits the turbine as saturated vapor at 10 kPa (State 3). The turbine produces 50 MW of power.

(a) Calculate mass flow rate (kg/s) of steam at the turbine inlet.
(b) Show all three states of steam on T-v diagram. Label states, show property values, and indicate appropriate lines of constant pressure.

Now consider that the same amount of steam as in (a) was expanded from 20 MPa and 600oC (State 1) directly to saturated vapor at 10 kPa (State 3).

(c) How much more power (MW) could the turbine generate?
