You are tasked with having to design and implement a video system for a small business. The business is a research firm that has government data that is present, we have determined that this is a medium security environment. You need to buy cameras for this business and the company wants to run video analytics on them. You can make some assumptions with some of the technical specifications, but they need to be listed.
You need to buy the cameras and storage system for the video, therefore you will need to answer questions like, do we store this onsite or offsite?
You are writing a technical document that describes:
1. The equipment that will be needed
2. A description of the cameras and their function
3. Description and specification of how the video will be taken and stored, please include a rough description of the IT hardware and software that will be needed to make this happen. How much data is being captured, analyzed and stored.
4. Analytic software description and what that will provide the business.
5. A description of how this system will complement the existing system (please make assumptions, but define them.)
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
