Assignment: Summary Thought Paper
Complete 3 pages Summary Thought Paper of the four assessments. This Summary Thought Paper is designed to help students gain the value of combining multiple assessments to build a unifying picture of an individual's personal characteristics.
As you complete this assignment, keep in mind the following guidelines:
i. After having taken the five assessments, did you notice a pattern or patterns emerge? What were they and how do they fit with your view of yourself? Do not simply reiterate what you wrote in your previous thought papers. The goal here is to get you to discuss specific patterns across the assessments. Be sure to incorporate the key reliability and validity concepts (by now you should be discussing the various types of these concepts) discussed throughout the course.
ii. How might you use the insights gained to develop yourself?
iii. How might you selectively combine the five assessments (as well as others that you know) to help your clients (individuals, teams, organizations, etc.)?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
