Prior to beginning work on this discussion, watch the YouTube VIdeo "Theory of Constraints: An Introduction". Describe the Theory of Constraints (TOC). How might the TOC be used to explain operating conditions at a business or organization you frequently visit (e.g., supermarket, theater, children's school, local gasoline service station, airport, department store, etc.)? Detail at least one process that you could recommend to improve this organization.
