Psychologically, I faced depression, anxiety, fatigue, and emotional distress, while socially, I began to isolate myself and found it hard to express my feelings to others, all while taking on increased family responsibilities. The psychological effects were particularly profound, affecting my emotions, thoughts, and motivation, making it difficult to manage stress and focus on work. However, with the support of my wife, family, and friends, along with learning coping strategies to stay engaged and reduce overthinking, I realized how interconnected biological, psychological, and social factors are in mental health.
