Anderson sought object to 10,000 of the cans as defective on the seventh day after receipt. What would be the result if this issue went to litigation?
B. Joseph and William both live in Philadelphia where Joseph contracts with William to sell him eight used trucks that are located in a public warehouse in Lancaster. Both parties know that the trucks to be purchased are in a warehouse in Lancaster. If nothing else is specified in the contract, where is the place of delivery for the trucks? How may Joseph tender delivery?
C. Karin's Coats Inc. does a deal with Sandra's Sharp Clothes, a shop that sells coats and other clothing. Karin's Coats agrees in a written and signed contract to sell 60 coats to Sandra Sharp Clothes for $50 dollars per coat. Delivery is to be November 15th. On November 14th, Karin's Coats notifies Sandra's Sharp Clothes that they refuse to deliver the coats. There will be no delivery of the coats as they are canceling the order. Explain what options Sandra Sharp Clothes has and discuss how you think that Sandra Sharp Clothes should proceed.
