Choose a current issue in your local neighborhood. This exercise gets you to figure out how you would design a large-scale change intervention program in relation to this issue. Give consideration to the following issues:
i. How many people would it make sense to involve?
ii. Where and when would you hold it?
iii. How would you ensure that you have a representative cross sample of relevant people in the room at the same time? What data sources would you need to achieve this?
iv. Who are the key decision makers in relation to this issue? What arguments will you use to get them to attend the meeting?
v. How will you structure the agenda of the meeting? What would be the best way of doing this so that people who attend on that day have appropriate buy-in to it?
vi. How would you run the actual meeting?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
