How many micromoles of a- and ha are present in the

In my Biochemistry lab this week we made buffer solutions. I had Tris. I made 100mL of .1M solution. The original ph was 9.82. I added HCL until the pH matched the listed pKa of 8.3(I believe the actual pKa is slightly lower, but that is what the book says to use for this lab).

B) How many Micromoles of A- and HA are present in the solution?

C) If you now add 3mL of 1M NaOH, will you still have a valid buffer?
