I would like to measure the effect that 10 minutes twice a day of meditation has on high school seniors. 100 students have enrolled in the study. 50 will meditate for 10 minutes twice daily for 60 days. The remaining 50 will not meditate. A weekly 10-question assessment will be conducted for both groups which will have them rate on a scale of 1-10 their stress levels ie. rate your stress level at home, at school, socially, etc.
