Discussion Post: Supporting Strategic Objectives
Describe your team's selected company. In the description, include such factors as but not limited to:
What type of business or industry is it? Where is the business located? How long has the organization been in business?
• What type of product or service does it provide?
• Include the mission and vision statements of the organization.
• How many employees are in the organization? (Remember, the company must have at least 50 employees but should not be much larger than 300).
• What type of workforce does it have? Such as mostly hourly, mostly exempt level, some union, etc.
• Discuss the general demographics of the area including any specific competition for hiring employees.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
