Here is the open-book exercise that will complete your course work. Each question can be answered in three sentences or less. Some of you had trouble with Canvas on the midterm; feel free to submit this on the regular ccsf message platform. If you do use Canvas, avoid attachments...my computer has trouble accessing them. o How many electoral votes are needed to elect a President? How is that number determined? What happens if no candidate reaches that number?
o The House uses the Rules Committee to set the rules of debate for a bill before the whole House. What does the Senate use (instead of a powerful Rules Committee ) to establish the rules of debate?
o Why was the Marbury v. Madison decision so important for the U.S. Supreme Court?
