My current job comes to mind for a positive experience of how management keeps the environment positive. Even though each department has its own set of duties to do without each department the company would not be able to flow the way it does. We are meant to help with person health for those who might not have as much when it comes to others. This could seem like it could be negative place but its really uplifting to help and work with challenges to make difference in people medical care that others might overlook. It makes you truly appreciate the smaller things you could take for grant. We always look at each opportunity as how could we help this person have better overall health. Its not about just the numbers we are looking at individuals. HR plays important role when it comes to providing information or helping us submit certain reports to get mileage pay if its not working properly. Even if it is not that person specific area in HR they are just so friendly try to assist you the best they can. HR for this organization is effective they are able to provide information and help when there is any questions that come up.
