Using the "99 Cents Only Stores" case study, write a 3 to 4 pages paper (not including title page), in which you discuss the company transition from Stages I through IV. To do so:
a) Analyze how the needs of the company prompted the transition at each stage.
b) Evaluate how management facilitated the transition between stages.
c) Evaluate how one success and one area of improvement impact each stage of transition.
d) Justify which stage of organizational growth most was challenging with relevant examples.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
