Discuss the role of a governing board and key stakeholders in supporting the mission of the organization. In addition, will highlight how the key factors and elements of marketing and strategy contribute to organizational success. This week will challenge the issues of leadership roles, governance structure and the concepts necessary to assess market strategies of an organization in fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization.
