How long does a pupil spend in school exactly? Even though a school day lasts seven hours, students are still expected to complete an hour or more of homework every night. For students, juggling employment, school, homework, socializing, resting, and extracurricular activities is nearly impossible. Students frequently forego essential aspects of their lives, such as sleep. Both mental and physical issues, including headaches, anxiety, sadness, and more, may result from this. A whopping 56% of students claimed that their schoolwork is the main cause of their stress. Since kids are learning on their own every day, they rarely need homework. Spending time on homework should be replaced with time with friends and family, Homework is fatal. Students that have too much homework suffer from poor mental health, decreased exercise levels, and lost enthusiasm. Just as home life must remain in the home, so too must schoolwork.
