Assignment: Organizational Conflict
Conduct additional research to gather sufficient information to support your analysis.
Write a 5-page using APA format (Not including title or reference pages) with at least four references. Two references must be peer-reviewed sources.
1. Explain conflict, and differentiate between the most common causes of dysfunctional conflict within organizations.
2. Summarize at least one specific conflict in your professional area that is on the organizational, national, and international level.
3. Expand upon the specific example of the conflict in your organization or current work. How long did the conflict exist, and what was the resolution? Names and other identifiers should be omitted.
4. Assess the benefits and drawbacks of implementing a conflict resolution program within your organization.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
