Licensing is surely a good mode of entry when product is not too complex. Things such as shoes, clothes and furniture fit this category nicely. My question are you protected? If you license product to Vietnamese or Chinese producer do you have control of product and its use? Could guy down street simply copy it and sell it on black market?
