Assignment: Leader's Self-Insight
For this assignment, you will construct a paper that contains eight reflective essays pertaining to what you learned from the Leader's Self-Insight activities in Chapters 3 and 4 (i.e., Chapter 3 contains three Leader's Self-Insight activities, and Chapter 4 has five of them). Each reflective essay should be a well-thought-out paragraph of at least 200 words, focusing on how the leader's self-sight contributes to the learner's leadership development. In addition, each reflective essay should expand upon a concept that pertains to the subject matter contained in the corresponding Leader's Self-Insight activity. Explain how you will use that concept in your own leadership development.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
