Problem: For the assignment you will research the Florida statute of your choice and then you will choose another state, of your choosing (you may use a website such as findlaw or similar), and do the following: Discuss the similarities between the two states (Do not just say they call them different names, be specific) Discuss the differences between the two states (Same as in part 1) Provide the statistics for each state (for the selected crime) and provide your analyses of how these laws contribute to the percentage of crime (the selected crime) based on how the statute is written.
