• What steps should healthcare facilities take in preparation for mass casualties? These would include victims that removed themselves from a terrorist scene and victims that have been exposed to chemicals or radiation. How should responders deal with mass deaths and limited mortuary space?
• How is the level of a working zone determined? How does an organization prepare for the various situations that can develop? What are some of the critical elements of this preparation?
