Journal Problem
For this unit, you have read Garcia Marquez' s "A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings" and Bradbury's "August 2026: There Will Come Soft Rains." Select your favorite of the two stories and consider how the topics that the story addresses relate to aspects we experience as 21st century readers. In a journal entry of one page (250 words), respond to the question: How is the story of your choice relevant to contemporary issues?
