Assignment:
The final paper serves as the course final exam. The final paper will serve as the student's next chapter for his/her Personal Leadership History (from the earlier assignment).
This final paper should demonstrate an understanding of leadership theory, course concepts, and the student's own leadership style. Students will be expected to pick a theory or theories that best represent their own style, describe the theory or theories, and explain how it has influenced past and present leadership experiences. Students will include a personal definition of leadership and the values/assumptions that helped them to arrive at the definition. Students should also discuss what they envision their future leadership style to look like and why or why not it will change. The paper must describe your leadership learning over the course of the semester and cite at least SIX class experiences, readings, or discussions. Please follow the writing guidelines described in the syllabus.
