Discussion Post: Reward Systems
• There are different approaches for establishing human capital metrics within organizations (technical skills, management/leadership capability, financial/market aptitude, etc.). Choose three and discuss why they are important when managing change intervention.
• Discuss how incorporating the tenets of expectancy theory will assist in the design of a reward system. Give a specific example of a workplace benefit that has had a significant impact on your motivation level.
