It can be ICE, the VA, the FBI, the IRS, DoJ, EPA, or any regulatory or federal law enforcement agency making headlines or blowing up Twitter at the moment. How important are the mass media and social media in influencing political culture and political outcomes for this agency, bureau or department? Find the mission and duties of the agency in question. How does the current issue reflect on how well they are fulfilling their mission?
