Problem
A. How important is strict liability law in the US? Provide a specific case or example of why you feel such laws can aid an individual in a case involving either product liability or strict liability.
B. Laws are being created daily due to the evolution of the Internet and Business. There is more of a need today than ever to improve how we dictate laws. Research a law used in ecommerce of digital law and describe it in depth. How can a business benefit by having laws to regulate their company? What improvements in the law can be made for the future?
C. Define real property and how it differs from personal property. Provide 1 case example of a real property law suit. You can use outside resources. Explain both sides of the case (plaintiff and defendant) and what claim each had to analyze the case and the outcome.
D. Provide 1 remedy (for example: Suit for specific performance) used in business law for a breach of sales and lease contracts. Explain the remedy in depth and research a case to provide specific examples of it's affect on business law.
E. Why do individuals create insurance contacts? Research a case involving insurance and describe the scenario (facts) and outcomes. How would you have argued the case outcome as the Plaintiff's attorney and also provide the counterargument if you were the Defendant's attorney as to the issues in the case you have selected.
