Based on the scenario in the previous weeks, you, as a consultant for an IT company, are tasked to recommend an initiative for CSR or sustainability that your client company can execute within six months. Your recommended initiative should be well aligned with the company's goal and HR needs to lead the whole process.
In this document, include the following:
1. Introduce your recommendation for one specific CSR or sustainability initiative (be specific) that is aligned with the company strategy: participants, needed resources, benefactors, and timelines.
2. Provide a thorough explanation about how HR will need to be involved in the initiative in various functions of HR, including staffing, training, and compensation and rewards, and creating an organizational culture that supports CSR (this should be the main arguments in this document).
3. Discuss any challenges expected and how to overcome those challenges.
