How homework could be altered so that it could still be used

Homework

During a global career succession homework of leadership talent pipeline, a candidate was asked to complete a personality/behavioral tendency profile. The candidate asked to speak to the program administrator about the validity of the homework. The homework is based on first responses to several sets of word values. The instructions were to respond with first instinct to the set of words listed in several different categories. The candidate stated that some of the words could have different interpretations based on values, beliefs, and cultural origin. Therefore, the validity of the homework could be biased in terms of results/outcomes. The program administrator removed the weighting of the homework (not part of the overall homework scoring) to be used for informational and team building purposes only.

Use the above information to answer the following in 700 to 1,050 words:

I. Analyze whether the candidate has a valid discrimination concern about the homework.

II. Determine what EEOC laws could potentially be at risk of violation.

III. Evaluate how the homework could be altered so that it could still be used for the program.

Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:

i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.

ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
