Social wellness is how healthy your relationships with the people around you are. Healthy relationships with your friends, family, partner, and coworkers are vital towards a good mental health. The better your relationship with the people in your life is, the better the outlook you have on your life is. It also motivates you to do better and can help you when other aspects of your life aren't going well. First, establish a healthy relationship with your family; stress and tension between them is especially rough, as you're more or less with them forever. Second, try to have a decent number of friends, but keep in mind too many can be distracting and possibly strenuous. Third, of those friends make sure that they treat you well; toxic relationships hardly ever make it anywhere, so cutting off ties now is beneficial. Fourth, before getting a partner I believe you should first be able to take care of yourself before you consider getting a partner; If you can't take care of yourself but get a partner anyways, it could cause tension later on in the relationship.
