Discussion Post: Business Ethics
The readings have provided insight to ethical decisions that leaders of organizations face while in their roles.
Examine your role as a leader and determine how you have approached decisions with regards to whistleblowing, trade secrets and conflicts of interest as well as privacy.
In a well-constructed, 2 to 3 pages paper discuss how you would approach each topic noted above through your leadership role. Support your position with evidence from the chapters.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
