Assignment:
The purpose of this Course Project is to analyze the nature, extent, and procedures concerning evolving standards of Criminal Law in Georgia, other states or at the Federal level.
The final course project will be a writing assignment. Students will have to complete a minimum of a three to five (3 to 5) page research paper, including at least two (2) outside sources besides the book.
How has the increased use of social media and technology impacted Criminal Laws? Also, explain how social media may hinder a case and also how it may help a case.
