Select and interview an HR leader in either your organization or an organization of your choosing. In a Word document, Create a summary of the informational interview, which should address the following issues:
o The profile and the background of the HR leader/subject matter expert that you interviewed;
o Key information about the organization with which the HR leader is affiliated;
o Reasons for choosing the HR leader as it pertains to this course specifically;
o Key findings from this interview;
o How has this activity helped you to better understand intervention strategies for leading change to improve organizational effectiveness?
o How has this activity assisted in developing your self-awareness of the importance of human capital management on organizational culture and organizational performance and assessing human capital?
o Include a transcript of questions and responses as an Appendix within your paper.
