Assignment: Cultural Issues
Length: 12 to 15 slides.
Create a PowerPoint presentation in which you analyze the global intercultural factors influencing business and technology dispersion throughout the world. You will give this presentation to your local city council as part of an out-brief from your community workgroup. Consider the following questions:
i. What are these intercultural factors that exist and how do they impact business and technology dispersion?
ii. How do these factors determine the way we communicate, interpret and resolve conflict, and solve problems?
iii. How has technology really strengthened the ability for organizations to be global partners?
iv. How has technology been a barrier to globalization of business?
v. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
