You will be preparing a case response paper for this assignment. Your headers should include:
• As you read about Google and their specific strategies what struck you as positives and/or negatives. Are there certain strategic elements that were particularly insightful about what Google does? Are there any glaring weaknesses that could jeopardize their success?
• The formulation of strategy should take into consideration the dynamics of the industry and its competitors. Who are Google's competitors?
How has Google's strategy been influenced by these competitors?
This assignment should be written in a formal, APA format - summary form - and should include references. The main focus needs to be answering the questions with well-reasoned, insightful analysis. A simple recitation of what is in the case or the text is not adequate. Feel free to make comparisons to other organizations.
