How would Hamlet (or Don Quixote) react if he were dropped into The Odyssey? What would the characters in The Odyssey think about him, and why? How would the situation change if Hamlet (or Don Quixote) were dropped into The Tale of Genji, The Epic of Gilgamesh, or 1,001 Nights?
