How group will attack a project-best way of gettin things

Discuss the below:

We have several questions we will be answering reference to communication within a group. The questions consist of what are the communication responsibilities of each member participating in a group? Why is effective communication so important in a group? Why is listening such an important attribute of communication? How can emotional intelligence impact effective communication for group members and the group leader? How does the organization's culture or the culture of an individual impact communication?

Looking at the first question, communication is essential in any group project. Setting the plans and communicating on how your group will attack a project is the best way of getting things completed promptly.

Listening is an essential attribute of the communication because listening to your group members can spark new ideas and new ways of completing your project. All members of a group have to be willing to listen to each other to operate within a group smoothly.
Emotional intelligence affects team members amongst themselves as well as the team leader. Being able to understand your team members and realizing when the proper time to communicate a message is critical to any group project. The leader in the group project must use emotional intelligence to avoid conflict with the group especially when people's schedules begin to clash with the team project.

Lastly, culture is huge when it comes to a group project and understanding where everyone is coming from in things people say and do. Most of the time, people within a group will take things the wrong way because their culture or the way they were raised prevents them from understanding why people do the things they sometimes do.
