You will also need to watch the video 5 Ways to Listen Better by Julian Treasure. Write two paragraphs that show some insightful reflection on your own listening skills. The first paragraph should discuss the results of the listening skills activities you have done in class (the List-Less Activity AND the How Good Are Your Listening Skills? Self-Assessment). Ex: What have you learned about your own listening skills and areas of strength/weakness? Use quotes and/or paraphrased material from the listening skills activities to support your points. The second paragraph should discuss which ONE of Julian Treasure's strategies you currently use or intend to try to improve your listening skills. Use quotes and/or paraphrased material from the Treasure's TED Talk to support your points. Be sure to link the content in the two paragraphs together. For example, if paragraph one discusses a particular listening challenge, be sure that in paragraph two, you are providing a strategy to remediate that challenge.
