Alice Park's (2014) article about genetic screening focuses on the ability of genome sequencing to predict possible risk for certain diseases and the implications (positive and negative) associated with genome sequencing in infants. Park points out several issues associated with genome sequencing, including "who should be tested, and when... and informed consent issues." This is an excellent example of how ethical dilemmas in the natural sciences have no easy answers.
