Assignment task: Columbus state community college business ethics presentation
Purpose of Assignment: For students to research, analyze, and learn from two companies in the same industry to understand best practices and areas for improvement related to business ethics from real-world examples. What you will do: Students will work individually, in order to gain a better understanding of how ESG, CSR, and Sustainability impact all areas of a business's operations. Students will not only research to see what companies have done in the past and what issues have arisen but also make recommendations for future decisions based on the critical thinking model utilized in this course. Research two (2) companies in the same industry. Make sure at least one company is recognized as a leader in ESG, CSR, and/or sustainability. For ease of research, you may pick two large publicly available companies. If you choose to include a smaller private company, please plan on supplementing your research with personal interviews.
