• Emergency Management is a profession that is continually evolving to meet the needs of the era in which it is exercised. Currently, emergency managers seek to promote resiliency to a wide variety of hazards, such as experienced during Hurricane Harvey.
• Explain how emergency management planning supports the concept of resiliency as described in Section 2.1 in the article.
