Assignment: Executive Presentation
Prepare a 10 minute Kaltura Presentation or In-Class Presentation that in which you are acting as an outside Human Resource Management consultant that is presenting to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of the organization.
Utilizing the research from the answers to the questions and their research questions, give a presentation that answers the following questions:
1) How effectively is the human resource function of this organization contributing to the fulfillment of its mission, objectives, and strategic plan?
2) What are some of the problems of the major human resource problems, as it relates to the chosen sub-system that need to be confronted and solved? Why?
3) What would appear to be among the most desirable solutions to these problems? Provide specific detail and justifications for your recommendations.
