Leaders are constantly under a microscope; their actions are examined by all. What behaviors do you find relevant in a leader? Think of things such as communication, openness, honesty, and integrity.
Motivation is a key to leadership and your understanding of it is vital. As a leader, how will you motivate others to do what they normally wouldn't do on their own?
Explain a time when you were involved with at team or group; did it have a leader? How effective or ineffective was that leader and why?
By now you should have a better understanding of leadership and realize how it impacts our daily lives. Many think of leaders as leading others, but a great percentage of the time we are leading ourselves. A great quote I love to share is "You cannot lead others at a greater level than you lead yourself."
