How earths longitude affects which stars we can see

Problem

In a short answer, explain how Earth's Longitude affects which stars we can see during different nights of a whole year. In other words, if two people at the same Latitude but different Longitudes, compare their sky observations at midnight (their local time) of every night of a year, would they agree on what stars they see every night. Of course, we are assuming they both have clear skies for the whole year.
