The critical parts of the Business Model Canvas you now assess for your chosen Fortune 500 (USE AT&T) company include:
A. Key Activities.
a. What are the critical activities: the strategic processes the company executes? For example, Apple, Inc. always does product and software design in house.
B. Key Partners.
a. Who are the company's key suppliers and partners? For example, how important are GE, IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, and SAP to Apple, Inc. in making products and providing services?
b. What is needed from them?
c. What key activities do they perform?
C. Operational Metrics.
a. How does your selected company measure success?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
