1. Revise the Village Volvo Service Package (SP) execrise discussed in class, and define the SP for the company you work for. If you are not working for a service organization then ask someone lose to you to allow doing the exercise based on his/her service company.
2. Go to the Web using your preferred search engine to locate additional articles on telephone techniques. Report on what you find regarding the changing nature of telephone use in business. What are the key trends (mention at least three trends) How does the use of cellular phones change the ways companies serve customers.
