• How does the United States deal with problems related to civil order control?
• How does this method(s) compare and contrast with other cited countries, such as Saudi Arabia, Japan, England, and China? Explain the similarities and differences that exist.
• What factors contribute to these similarities and differences that exist between the United States and each cited country? Why do they exist?
