Many say that job ads are sexist and use words that can be offensive to women to describe a job, such as "you must appear physically efficient and competent". Also, some people say executive search practices or job ads reproduce particular understandings of the 'ideal' executive body and that this disadvantages not only women who are considered not to fit the 'ideal'.
