We have been talking about the numbers a lot as far as financial management, but after reading the supplemental material it should be worth noting that there are human perspectives to consider as well. Answer the following questions:
o What do we need to consider as financial managers from an employee perspective when mergers or acquisitions occurs?
o How does this potentially affect the work environment and performance of the groups?
o What might we be able to do to mitigate the challenges?
