What impact will these appointments have on the judicial philosophy of the Roberts Court?

3. Examples of interactions between the legislative and judicial branches of government-how did these interactions take place? Were they mandated in some way? Was there some other outside influence?

4. Recent examples of preliminary and declaratory judgments.
