I am in the process of submitting a term paper and I need an introduction to focus on the following:
How does the treatment of patients with chronic diseases (diabetes, heart disease, and COPD) insured by state and federal exchanges compare with those who have gained coverage through other resources and how is this affecting cost?
The Introduction should not assume that the reader has any prior knowledge of the topic and should place the importance of the topic in its overall societal/managerial/clinical context(this would be a good first subheading for this section). Descriptions of the topic's dynamics - its assumptions, inputs, processes and outcomes should also be included in this section (this would be a good second subheading).
The Problem Statement should focus further down from the Introduction and must include its importance within the broader topic discussed in the Introduction (this would be a good first subheading for this section). A description of the PICO process as it was employed in Mod 3 to develop the specific question or proposition must be included (this would be a good second subheading for this section), as must the specific question / proposition as submitted for approval itself.
