i. How does the law approach the regulation of families? How does the state reinforce an unequivocal formulation of the family?

iv. In what ways is the state responsible for the violence women and/or trans folks endure in society?
v. How does the state reinforce this violence?
vi. How does the state have balanced the claims for sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity with demands of religious freedom?
